How to download Instagram Threads
To use Instagram Threads, you must first download the app. Here are the steps to download and install the app:
Step 1: Open the App Store if you have an iPhone or the Play Store if you have an Android phone.
Step 2: Tap the search icon (magnifying glass) in the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) and type “Instagram Threads” into the search bar.
Step 3: Find the Instagram Threads app in the search results and tap on it. The app icon is a white “@” symbol on a black background.
Step 4: Tap the “Get” button on an iPhone or the “Install” button on an Android device to download and install Threads.
Step 5: Wait for the app to finish downloading and installing on your device.
Step 6: Once the installation is complete, open the Threads app and sign in using your Instagram account or create a new Threads profile.
How to Sign up and Use Threads By Meta & Instagram
To sign up for Instagram Threads, follow these steps:
Step 1: Launch the Threads app on your phone.
Step 2: Tap the “Log in with Instagram” button to sign in using your Instagram account.
Step 3: You can choose to import your profile information from Instagram by tapping the “Import from Instagram” button, or you can enter your bio, link, and profile picture manually by tapping on each respective icon. Once you have finished, tap “Next.”
Step 4: Select whether you want a Public or Private profile, then tap “Next.”
Step 5: Upon signing up for Instagram Threads, you will be presented with a list of people you follow on Instagram. You have the option to follow all of them by tapping the “Follow all” button, or you can choose to follow specific individuals by tapping the “Follow” button next to their names. If you do not wish to follow anyone at this time, you can skip this step by tapping “Next” in the upper-right corner.
Step 6: Now Click on “Join Threads.“
Your registration for Instagram Threads has been completed and you can now enjoy the app. The home page will show you all the Threads/posts from the accounts you follow, while the Search page offers suggestions and enables you to look for particular accounts.
